Allora per quanto riguarda la musica vai su www.playlis.com ti registri gratis e cerchi la tua musica preferita... segui i semplici passaggi e alla fini ti esce il codice html da copiare e incollare in un altro modulo html che puoi aggiungere dal menù personalizza dello spaces... per i video vai su youtube e copi il codice che c'è vicino ogni video... lo copi e lo incolli sempre in un modulo html...
